Three basics we give almost everyone. Print and stick them on the fridge.
Glute bridge
Lie on your back, knees bent. Lift hips for 3 s, lower slowly.

On all fours, round and arch the back gently.

Wrist mobility
Squeeze a soft ball 5 s and release. Great after computer work.
